Data we collect
Your name, email address, account status, wallet balance, orders, transactions and support tickets. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never stored in plain text.
Why we collect it
To create your account, process and track your orders, keep a record of transactions and answer your support requests.
How it is protected
Every table is protected by row-level security rules, so your profile, orders, transactions and tickets are only readable by you and by authorised administrators. Secret keys are held server-side and never shipped to the browser.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. When a fulfilment provider is connected in a future version, only the minimum campaign details needed to deliver your order will be shared.
Your rights
You can update your profile at any time from your dashboard, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data by opening a support ticket.
